Mapping a network drive can be a trivial, but critical task to ensure certain workflows can function. Follow the below steps to map a network share on Windows:

  1. Open File Explorer and Navigate to This PC
  1. Click the "..." on the menu at the top, then click Map network drive

  1. Choose a Drive Letter for the network drive. This can be anything you choose, so long as it makes it easy for you to identify the network share.
  2. Enter the share path under the Folder section. This is usually formatted in this manner: \\SERVERNAME\FOLDERNAME\
    1. NOTE: If you are unsure of the folder name or path, please contact your IT administrator for assistance
  1. Click Finish once all of the appropriate information has been completed.
    1. NOTE: You may be prompted for credentials if the credentials on the server are different from your machine's credentials (or if your credentials are incorrect). Enter the correct credentials in the window that follows
