Windows - New Teams

1. Close (Quit) Teams
   • 
2. Click Start and search for "Run"
   • 
3. Enter the following path in the box and press Enter: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages\
   • 
4. Delete the folder named MSTeams_8wekyb3d8bbwe
   • 
     
5. Restart Teams

Windows - Old Teams

1. Close (Quit) Teams
2. Open Run dialog
3. Navigate to %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
4. Delete all data contained within %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
5. Restart Teams

Mac

1. Close (Quit) Teams
2. Open a Terminal
3. Run the following command: rm -r ~/Library/Application\ Support/Microsoft/Teams
4. Restart Teams
