Desktop Browsers

This section walks through steps for clearing your browser's cache on a desktop or laptop device. These devices typically run Microsoft Windows or Apple macOS. 

Google Chrome

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or Cmd+Shift+Backspace on a Mac)
  3. Change Time Range to All Time
  4. Ensure all boxes are checked
  5. Click Clear Now 


Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or Cmd+Shift+Backspace on a Mac)
  3. Change Time Range to All Time,
  4. Ensure all boxes are checked
  5. Click Clear Now 

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Mozilla Firefox
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Del (or Cmd+Shift+Backspace on a Mac)
  3. Change When to Everything
  4. Ensure all boxes are checked
  5. Click Clear

Apple Safari

  1. Open Safari
  2. Click Safari > Settings on the menu bar
  3. Choose Privacy, then click Manage Website Data...
  4. Choose Remove All when the pop-up window appears
  5. Click Remove Now


Mobile Browsers

Apple Safari

  1. Visit Settings > Apps > Safari
  2. Choose Clear History and website data
  3. Choose All history then choose Clear History
