Setting up 1Password on Android

1Password allows you to access your saved credentials from mobile devices. To get started:


Downloading 1Password for Android

  • Launch the Google Play store on your Android device
  • Search for 1Password
  • Select Installon the official 1Password App

Signing in to 1Password on Android

Upon opening 1Password on Android, choose Sign In from the bottom of the screen

  • Enter your work email address and comapny sign-in address when prompted
    • If you don't know your company sign in address, reach out to Revivent IT support
  • When prompted, choose Sign in with Microsoft
  • Sign in with your work Email address and password, and complete multi-factor authentication as you normally would
  • For security reasons, you will be prompted to approve the sign-in from a device you are already using 1Password on. Choose Transfer Key. You will be prompted to enter the key on your mobile device
  • Enter the key on your mobile device to confirm the sign-on. Note: the key is case-sensitive


Congratulations! You have now set up 1Password for use on your mobile device!


Setting up Biometric Authentication 1Password on Android

If you currently use your fingerprint or face to unlock your phone, you can also use it to unlock 1Password for Andorid. Setting it up is easy!


  • Open 1Password for Android and tap the profile icon in the upper right hand corner
  • Choose Settings
  • Choose Security
  • Under Unlock, choose Biometric to make use of your phone's biometric unlock. You can also choose Deviceto use your device's passcode to unlock 1Password
