Managing Autofill with 1Password for Android

When using 1Password on Android, you can enable Autofill to allow Android to fill your passwords from 1Password in third-party apps and websites.


Manage Autofill during Initial Setup

If its your first time setting up 1Password on Android, you will be presented with the following screen as part of the setup process. Choose Open Settings to get started


You will be directed to settings, choose Change under Preferred Service or the similar option


When prompted, choose 1Password


Manage Auto-Fill after Initial Setup

if you have already set up the 1Password app on your phone and need to modify your Autofill settings, you can do so from the 1Password app.


Open the 1Password app on your mobile device, choose your account icon from the upper right hand corner, and choose Settings


From the settings menu, choose Autofill


Ensure that the Autofill toggle is turned on. Once turned on, you will be directed to settings to set your preferred Autofill service as shown in the Manage Autofill during initial setup instructions above.
